To get in the spirit for Halloween we started by carving our pumpkin. The original pumpkin we got had rotted by the time I went to carve it so we made a second trip to the pumpkin patch. With the fresh pumpkin and a carving kit we started to create. Turned out pretty good if I do say so myself:
With the jack o' latern ready to go, the next step was to roast the seeds. They also turned out pretty good:
Finally it was time to play dress up with Kaitlyn! She was getting a little fussy with the hat so I had to show her it was okay:
In the end, everything turned out to be just ducky :)
