4 months

4 month stats are:
25 inches
15 lbs 4 oz

Maisie is trying so hard to sit up these days so she doesn't miss anything that is going on!  She loves to look around and grab everything in sight.  Still have to work to get her to smile but she is a doll!

And a couple grumpy faces:

My Newest "Baby"

So, I have finally done it!  After becoming addicted to etsy a few years back and constantly saying I can make this or that, I have started a little store.  It's called Two Polka Dot Daisies and has a couple items in the store now!  Now I don't expect to make millions off of this thing, but a couple bucks couldn't hurt :)  Besides, I love making things anyways and now I have an excuse to make them!  So swing by and check it out!  I will be adding more stuff as I get them, felt bows, flowers, wreaths, some sewing projects, and vinyl cutouts!  I have a new Silhouette machine that can cut just about ANYTHING you can think of!  I mean anything...monograms, names, wall decals of any kinds, you can also use them to etch glass!  So fun!! If any of you need anything for Christmas please let me know!  I am still working on building up my materials supply but have a few things on hand now.  Let me know what you are interested in and I will work on getting it!  Also look for me on facebook :)  Oh, and check the items for any corrections or suggestions!  I am asking for honest feedback about the stuff (from pictures, policies, wording, anything).  Love you all!

P.S.  I have added a new thing on this blog where it will send you an email whenever I post something.  In the top right corner you will see a spot for you email address, just fill that in and you will get an email instead of checking the site at random.

More Halloween

These are the pictures that we had done for the kids Halloween costumes.  They turned our real cute!

Flinstones, meet the Flintstones

They're a modern stoneage family.
The adorable Wilma, Pebbles, and Fred Flintstone!
This is the first year I have gotten crafty and actually made costumes!  I'm pretty proud of them and the idea can be credited to Pinterest :)  Fred is Kaitlyn's buddy Jacob and he mastered the Yabba Dabba Do!  On Sunday we took them to a trunk or treat event and then Halloween night we went around the neighborhood with the hundreds of other people!  It was busy and fun for the kids.

Maisie was a good sport to play along with us for all the festivities!

I wonder what this conversation was about:

And they are off racing again

I also played dress up with Maisie in an old duck costume because it was just too cute:

Once Kaitlyn saw it she was ready to put it on.
Here is Kaitlyn the first time she wore it, 3 years ago, and now:

pumpkins, pumpkins, and more pumpkins

Pumpkin #1
When we went to the pumpkin patch a few weeks ago,
we picked out a pumpkin big enough for Maisie to fit into.
She fit perfectly in this thing, worked better than a bumbo :)

A perfect fall day for the sisters

Pumpkin #2
Maisie has a hand me down pumpkin outfit from her
cousin Colin that she could just barely squeeze into.

Now that's a mean face:

Loving each other:

Pumpkins #3, 4, 5
We had a variety of pumkins this year...first is Kaitlyn's Hello Kitty:

Our faux carved pumpkin (Kaitlyn picked out the silly face)

And last but not least, Maisie's pumpkin that was already rotting by the time Halloween came around (whoops)
